Golden Rain

I took myself off to Nero this afternoon for coffee and a read of the papers, somehow it wasn’t the same without Ann.

I meandered back via the river and was impressed by the display of the tree blossoms including white and red horse chestnuts, lilac, wisteria and this golden rain.

At least this was the only rain I saw today, unlike yesterday when it didn’t stop.
