Don't you believe it

... a frustrating day dealing with the insurance company and waiting in to have various men poke around our drain pipes.

Good news - it looks like the insurance will cover the excavation work to uncover the collapsed pipes and repair them. Less good is the amount of red tape we're having to jump through and the fact that we have to wait to go with one of their approved companies. So nothing is going to happen anytime soon.
