Very rainy day today. Good shiny pavements though.

Another pretty busy day at work - I really just wanted to get on with clearing my backlog of emails, but seemed to have people talking to me all day. Got a fair bit done in the end, but more to do tomorrow.

I've started a gluten-free diet today, to see if it improves my general knackeredness and run-down-ness that I normally have. It's going to take a few weeks to notice any benefit there may be, but I think it's worth a go. Had a nice breakfast of gluten-free granola. (Have I ever said anything more middle-class than that? I hope not, and hope not to again.)
