Feeding time at the Zoo

Now, I know this is a terrible photograph in a number of ways, but I chose it as a blip because it captured one of today's lighter moments. We can pretty much guarantee that if Noo does something that "gets a laugh" he will do it more and more!! Zac thought Noo's terrible table manners were hilarious, so Noo delivered!! He was covered in ketchup by the end of tea, and my dining room floor was covered in peas!

Meanwhile, Mr C was at the Docs and I was preparing for a visit to the hospital. He came home with more meds and a bottle of wine (for me!!).

I nipped out for a run, and was lucky not to get wet, and even luckier to out sprint the terrorist geese down the road!!! I don't normally take my phone, but I did today, and I took a few blip-worthy photos - abandoned in favour of my boys in the end. It was nice to take it easy after yesterday's efforts and this morning's heavy weights session.
