Signs big and small

I started my working day under sunny skies at our Sighthill campus. After a research meeting that ran until midday, I headed back across town to my own campus to hold a tutorial with a final year student working on her dissertation, deliver a 2-hour class on critical reading techniques to research students, and interview a PhD candidate.

By the time I set off for home on foot the skies were grey. Ten minutes later it was pouring. I was drenched when I finally reached the house. Mr hazelh tells me that the weather forecast is even worse for the weekend :-(

Exercise today: morning loops in 27'11", sit-ups and weights; walk back from work (1 hour).
