A Bit Disappointing.

Squirrel is full of the cold and being a horror.
The Cygnet is coming down with something (probably his sisters cold) and is very teary.

This evening I was out at The Kelpies at Falkirk.
The weather was meant to be decent ....... it wasn't!
The beasts were meant to be illuminated ....... they weren't - at least not while we were there. We left just before 9pm and as we were leaving we were told that the car park gates get locked at 9.30pm. BE WARNED!!!!!! - there are no signs telling you that.

It is really hard to get a decent picture of the Kelpies because of the damned pylons and power lines that tend to sweep majestically through the frame.
I may try another day when it is not raining, freezing and with a howling wind (and I am not reliant on a lift who is very reluctant to get locked in the car park)
