Needs must

Busy, busy, busy preparing for the arrival of miss birrell + boyfriend tomorrow. The house looks like the setting for a programme in the " Britain's biggest hoarder " TV series, and needless to say, Mr. Beewatcher's taken himself out for the day.
What to photograph ? Maybe not the heaps of clutter, but this did appear blinking into the light. It's a card of a painting by an artist called Barry Price, and shows a Sunderland from 201 Squadron taking off for an Atlantic patrol in 1944.
I bought it at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford, on this day,, and as it's far too nice to send to anyone, one day I'll get a frame and put it where I can see it every day.
