Dawn over Milngavie

This morning through a chance wakening around six o'clock I captured this beautiful dawn over Milngavie from North Baljaffray. The structure on the right is the water tower and the little sliver of light on the same level on the right is the reservoir. The level must be quite high as this is not always visible from North Baljaffray. I would not be surprised if it is something to do with all the rain yesterday! It was a bonus to catch the cattle grazing on the hill beside the telephone mast. A perfectly still dawn with the sound of a persistent woodpecker at work in a nearby wood. Then I went back to sleep!
