In the Kitchen

I had a really productive day today including catching up with folk in the neighbourhood which always gives me a real buzz. I was also barbecuing Thai Chicken Drumsticks for dinner. They needed to marinate for six hours so had to have this underway quite early.

Dinner worked out OK; good flavour but the drumsticks were rather large so they took a long while for them to cook. Maybe next time I will use thigh fillets.
