'Flinders Street Station Before Sunrise'

I woke up early this morning, at around 4:30am and I thought no can't risk going back to sleep for another half and hour or so because I might sleep in and get to work too late. So I got up and had a chance to head into the city before sunrise and take 7 or 8 long exposure images, before heading back to the office.

Quite liked this one with the car and bus light trails.

Absolutely stunning weather here today too, not a cloud in the sky, no wind and a beautiful 18 degree day. Although having said that, we also had our coldest morning since last October with an overnight low of just 3 degrees. Bbrrr. Summer has well and truly disappeared now.

Spent most of the day out at the University with meetings and measure ups and dealing with a very disgruntled head of department. He actually apologized to me a few times and said he's not normally like this, and after the meeting he told me that he'd sent an email to the Project Manager to thank me for my efforts today which was a nice way to finish up.
