yellow beautiful flower

My neighbor has such a wonderful tree with yellow beautiful flower bunches, unfortunately no idea what it's for variety but so beautiful it is.

I am grateful and overwhelmed by all the wonderful comments and hearts. Think I got the spotlight despite my stars are off. A really nice surprise, thanks all the generous Blip friends.
