Volunteer driver idle time walk to a creek I hadn't been to for years. I'm drawn to ferns these days.
Digging and pulling blackberries' roots and weeding. I almost wrote "battle against invasive plants" then thought a second time. Is this gardening or a war?
Playing baseball with seven year olds. Finnish-Japanese mom-team still stacks up against their sons in baseball.
Gr. eight Science Fair visit - why is it that these kids seem to be so much smarter that I was at that age.
