Mrs theWeir returned to her other Dayjob after 7 months of maternity leave.

New logistics are necessary.

We'll work it out I'm sure. She more than survived the full shift and I more than survived the at-work-less-time-than-usual shift.

The bairns survived their day too. Many thanks for family who made that all work out.

Why the bus and not the bike? Duration of (cycling to work) + (shower) + (working day) + (train and cycle commute home) > Duration of (car + bus combination on a bank holiday). Plus cost of train > cost of bus. And allotted time to get to work, work, travel home less than ideal.
