Training woes

I didn't butt in when a couple asked another bus passenger which bus to take somewhere. Maybe it's just as well I didn't as I went wrong way on run tonight. Yesterday I had really tight and sore Achilles and a numb right foot, today the same but calf also tight, worrying since I know T had numbness and tingling and it can get to be a big problem, don't need another injury when just coming back from it :-(

Found out some neighbours are moving out Friday, they were nice and quiet and nice people, here's hoping fervently that the new guy is as good.
