An Unexpected Visit.

This morning was hard after yesterday; I woke really tired still and my body was sore. Emotionally I was a bit all over the place. I felt agitated and ended up self harming.
I knew I needed to get dressed and out the flat, so forced myself along to Ocean Terminal for some birthday shopping.

As usual I picked Grandma up and went along to Mums for tea . A surprise visit from Lewis brightened up the night and Grandma met him for the first time. He slept pretty much all of the time, making little squeaking noises and funny facial expressions.

It was nice to see Steven and Kelly so happy.
