Foraging
So, from my relaxed Monday to a hectic working Tuesday I've come back to a more even paced day today. Getting out to lochwinnoch to look for wild foods was a great start. We regularly use foraged foods at 'the chip' and it's mostly the chefs who go out and search for them, wild garlic is in abundance at this time of the year and a great substitute for spinach so get out and find some !
