Rot-Weiss-Essen
This grafitti is on the railway bridge in Kettwig, it's the new bridge, as opposed to the old one which the naughty Americans blew up during WWII.
After years of living here and walking under the bridge at some point most weeks I've finally given in to my curiosity and googled '1907' & 'Essen', because '1907ers' means nothing to me.
It's nothing exciting, trust me, 1907 refers to the local (Essen) football team, who are also known as rot-weiss-essen (I'm guessing they play in red & white) oh for some interesting grafitti.
