This is a 110 year old wooden shed and former rowboat lifeboat station of our island.
It is in since 1983 in use as clubhouse of our diving team Ecuador. The are where it is situated is very close to a storage and workshop of navigating buoys. Now the authorities suspect the ground to be polluted and started a torough cleansing operation. I hope that they are not too enthousiastic with their digging operations, otherwise our ancient clubhouse might go down as well as you can see. Also, the dirty and (oil-soaked) soil is clearly to be seen in the yellow and clean sand.
