Couch to 5K (sort of)
Dusted off the old trainers and went out for a run tonight (after months of will I, won't I inward argument with my willpower). Was planning to follow the Couch to 5K plan due to current levels of fitness but couldn't get the podcast thing to download and then discovered that my trusty old stop watch was out of battery power. So I resorted to trying to pace myself by counting in my head which didn't really work as I have a habit of counting at the same speed as whatever song I'm listening to/depending on how quickly I'm running or walking and also I tend to get bored and lose track of where I'm up to (safe to say I'm no Carol Vorderman when it comes to numbers).
At least I went though. And it felt good.
