The design process

I thought I might give you a glimpse of the design process. Yes, these are the kids that design your cars – just makes me feel so old!

I ran out of coffee this morning and so had to go on a coffee safari at lunch time. It is so strange, so many people just cannot grasp the fact that you are speaking in another language and cannot understand theirs.

One woman working in a shop, almost grasped the concept, grabbed a pen and paper and wrote the information down for me – in Chinese hieroglyphics – so sad!
