I've always felt like my job is a privilege- being part of the beginning of a new family, new life . no matter who I look after there is that sense of importance.
however last night I've had the pleasure of looking after a good friend of mine and her beautiful new daughter and I can't deny that it was extra special- I'm head over heels for the little lady of course. but I have also developed an immense pride and respect for my friend in her transformation into mother
