The Boys of Summer

Alf and Joe opened the batting for this evenings Under 11's game. A great start to a game we went on to win by some margin.

Here they are coming off the field, a solid innings, no runs lost and Alf had just got his first 4 of the season. They were being congratulated by Stan who finished the game with a 6!

We finally got our registered trademark approved for 'Igentics' yesterday. A fairly simple process. However when the paper work was published it seemed to trigger an avalanche of letters from organisations claiming they could help us with our application, specifically in places like Bratislava, and all for a mere 1000 euros. Ha, these have been filed in the bin.

Finally band practise which was really good fun. The first loud practise we've had for a while (our drummer is so loud he get's his own room).
We really did go for it I even managed to break a string, how very rock and roll;) Of course I'm so bad I doubt anyone else noticed!
Anyway I think we have 10 or 11 songs that we can more or less get through, so nearly ready for our summer season.
