Major backblip

I love this shot. It's hand held in the dark, blurry and noisy, but it's got so much more life in it than the carefully composed landscape picture that I took using a tripod moments later. And it contains my beloved husband :)

We took our new headlights out of their boxes today (they are supposed to be Christmas presents to each other) and tried them out on the golf course as the sun was setting (cross country skiing, not golf). Lots of fun was had. We skied all the way back to our very own front door just as the sky lit up with this wonderful golden glow.
