Turkish coffee

I'm back home now & trying to adjust to the time zone - and back to work tomorrow, ugh. After being gone so long I had a nice relaxing day reconnecting with Chris and showing her all the photos from my trip.

One of the things I really enjoyed during my visit to Poland was the Turkish style coffee so many people served in their homes. Poland was invaded by Turkey in past centuries and the Turks introduced coffee and their style of brewing it - just grounds in the cup of hot water. I decided to make a cup for myself this morning - a nice reminder of my travels.
