Woke up with a backache, couldn't work out if it's my back or if I'd pulled a muscle or if my kidneys were hurting. So Mr S took the girls to school whilst I got up, gradually and slowly. Very weird but no pain or twinges for the rest of the day *fingers crossed*.

Girls had a check-up at the dentist after school. Praise from the dentist about their teeth so everyone was happy. Back home to do homework and lots of reading of their new books. We need a new bedtime routine to give them more time to read in bed!
