Running

I've started taking Charlie running with me.

I'm very slow. I've promised myself a new pair of running shoes when I get back to an okay time for 5k again.

Charlie didn't mind me bring slow. He's still hungover from yesterday.

Did some sewing today. Sewed a whole seam in backwards. It will take ages to unpick because it is silk and very fragile. Oh well.
