Go me! I walked 6.9 miles that's 14955 steps and burnt 671 cals.. I got the bus home though! hay fever starting to kick in with my runny left eye and watery nose or watery left eye and runny nose, both the same really! Lovely sunny day for a brisk walk and i made the most of it today... Stopped for a rest after 3 miles and ate my apple on the beach This point i was debating if i should just turn round and head home or carry on towards Brighton, then i remembered i needed shampoo and my mind was made up.. I carried on to Asda.. Depending on the weather tomorrow i may walk in to Brighton to meet the girls for lunch...
