Early Sensation

The clematis Early Sensation is in bloom and didn't appear in the blip of the garden at the beginning of the weekend. It is situated just out of sight on the left of my earlier photo.

It has been a slow developer over the last 8 years. Now I'm thinking it is perhaps in the wrong place.

It does though brighten up its corner.
