Why?

This morning I took Jack for a walk and by the basketball courts found this beautiful chap abandoned and chained up so tightly he couldn't even sit or lie down.

I rang the police and RSPCA. After everything he has obviously been through he was so friendly and happy just for some water, a biscuit and a tickle behind the ear. Eventually there were four dog walkers all fussing him until the RSPCA turned up an hour later.

Bit of a moist smithski eye as me & jack waved him off in the van. If ever there was a day for despairing at how some members of the human race can behave this was it.
