Today was shopping and spending time with my parents and having a great lunch eating yum cha / dim sum. I was sad that I was leaving but I was with close people. I was shopping for friends and loved ones but I was still sad to be leaving.

My flight was delayed 3 hours for whatever reason causing me to miss my connecting flight to Nagoya. However, it gave me more time to spend with my parents and we had a good drink before I passed through the gates. More travel and time to reflect on the good people in my life and how I'll continue to keep them with me. It breathes life back into me.

Thank you Mum & Dad for looking after me, making me feel loved and alive. You don't know how much I love you both. Seeing my parents and my wonderful sister and her partner is so life affirming.
