Pity party....

The last time I had time off work because I felt proper poorly (as opposed to medically ordained post-operation) was 2010 I think

well last night the co-codamol only worked until 02:18 and the pain then kept me awake......................................

I started well at work clearing emails and some post but then my brain turned to mush

so I came home put my feet up and located the first two episodes of the new series of 24 to make sure I sat still for a couple of hours

Not sure what Kassidy is making of all this ....
