Blue eclipse

Lots of flowers have sprung into bloom whilst we have been away and the garden looked quite overgrown when we got back.

Looking better now the lawns have been cut and having got most of the chores done I took a little time looking around.

The Magnolia Susan is full of purple flowers now but hardly seemed to have any buds before we left and the Magnolia Soulangia was already dropping its petals.

This little Blue (Eclipse) Clematis is looking very pretty too so it gets my vote for today's garden blip.
