My sister took this photo of me as we cycled along the sea front at Prestwick. I considered using a photo of her looking every bit the cycling beauty, but I know she is camera shy and may not appreciate it. I decided to go for this photo instead as I truly believe it captures the mood of the weekend.

It was with great sadness in my heart that I left beautiful Scotland and my beloved sibling behind. I am very lucky to be blessed with a sister I can call my best friend and soul mate.
