Morel Mushrooms

A surprise today. My co-worker found 3 morel mushrooms in the garden under the apple tree. They must have come in with the mulch. We verified they really were Morels with 2 chefs staying at the Inn. (They sell for $30 a pound). They were delicious, haven't had any since I was a child, always loved them. Maybe there will be more tomorrow and I'll show you a before photo!
