Introducing the Colombians to trifle

During our time in Bogotá, we have come to realise that Colombian gastronomy is missing one thing - trifle! No just kidding... We are having a street party tomorrow to say goodbye to the students, and we thought we would get them to make the party food in their cooking lessons this week to save us some work! Two classes made marble cake, one class made a bakewell traybake and this class made mini trifles.
