Mono Monday today is selfie , with help of an iPhone and a couple of apps here you go.

Today I spent more time on my power point presentation almost completed the rough draft edits will take place later this week.

Tonight when out to the chiropractor and then out and did some shopping and bought a new spring jacket and hope to be able to use it for the next few weeks unit it gets to warm out !
