The start of our project

We had a great start to our project today with the preschool kids. We thought the best way to capture their identity in the tile was to get them hand printing. It took a bit of warming up to get them to allow us to paint their hands, but once we had started they didn't want to stop. They then wanted to paint our hands too, which was so sweet. The funniest moment of the day, however, has to be when Howen ran off as we were taking him to wash his hands and just put his paint covered hand straight onto a white wall! Josh's face was an absolute picture! Fortunately the hand was fairly dry and didn't leave a mark!! That evening we were invited to Victor and Yolanda (The Vineyard pastor) for Ajiaco. Victor told us about his testimony and his vision for the church, both of which were just incredible.
