Pretty in pink

We came home to find our daphne in full bloom (how gorgeous, all covered in pink flowers!) and several croci up as well. Still, the trees are bare and grass is just beginning to green up, and temperatures are mostly stuck in the single digits (Celcius).

I'm trying not to be disappointed, as Oregon is well into its spring, and we were loving all the fresh leaves, flowers and flowering shrubs - especially the azaleas, they are amazing!

Speaking of Oregon, I did try to post during our vacation, but the wifi was really spotty and slow, and it turned out to be an exercise in frustration. So I will back blip everything from the last two weeks - I certainly have enough photos to choose from!!
