Butterfly bush

We sat down for a picnic of a cold beverage and chocolate birthday cake, on a hillside in the evening sun looking at the far distant views of the mountains. Next to us was a large lilac bush which attracted this non-perfect specimen of a butterfly. We sat there long enough for me to get this shot, whilst enjoying the warm evening rays.
