Echium.

I had to ask what this is and Echium it is. My Dads neighbour told me these plants self seed after a one year existence.consequently there are quite a lot of these popping up in the cul de sac where my Dad lives. they seem to grow really fast ,so tall! The Bees love them too. All good really.
