Back to the flowers in the back yard for the day's blip, as I got off late yet again! In 21 years, I was rarely late getting off of work, then last year we got a new manager who felt we had too much help, so cut some of the hours. We don't get it--we're 1 person less than we were, & the 5 of us there who start early get off almost an hour late most days, as we have so much work to finish up,& that totals almost 5 hours of overtime every day! If she'd left the 6th person, we'd all get out on time--& it's only a difference of 3 hours, but she says this is "much more efficient"...... That's why I'm not in management! :(
