Wisteria

Although our bee keeper friend's abode is a C16 or C17 typically English Heritage House it looked more Japanese today with the Wisteria growing against a stark black and white wall.

Our 'bee talk' was fascinating and after a prowl round the wonderful estate and visiting the bees (who had an early swarm last week but were successfully rescued and returned to the hives), we had tea and cake and talked all things 'Bee'. After all the kind advice I think Maeve is hooked, she already has a hive and only has to get her better other half on side!!

We've had a lovely day. Mr T however is well cheesed off, the weather wasn't that good for flying and the motor for the huge hangar doors got stuck so they couldn't get the gliders out anyway!!
