Cramond Island

For a change we went for a stroll along Silverknowes Prom to catch some sea air.
Not a good day for photographs as the light was very flat, this is a view of Cramond island with a retreating tide, from Marine Drive.

Incidentally, while we were rummaging among the rocks on the foreshore we came across an unopened strip of Betahistine Dihydrochloride 16mg tablets. This is not the sort of thing one expects to find where children might find them so, after some deliberation, we decided to play safe and take them to a pharmacy for safe destruction (Boots at Craigleith). If they were yours I apologise for your loss and hope you have more at home.
