Beach Home?

While walking along to my counselling this morning I saw some colour on the beach from the road. After I came out I went and investigated and this is what I found. Someone has been busy and going by the barbecue leftovers; fun too.

Walked home via The Haven for some lunch then food shopped and tidied around the flat.

Counselling this morning was very helpful. I voiced my concerns about Lewis and I got a few valid explanations as to why I am feeling the way I do. Makes sense. It’s going to be hard to work through but I need to get there.

It’s been an emotional afternoon on the sofa dealing with this morning.
