Rushden Cavalcade of Transport

This was the 36th event since the first small gathering of vehicles in 1978. With over 1000 exhibits and more than 30,000 visitors over three days, it was difficult to take pictures of some of the fantastic vehicles without people taking a closer look and blocking the view! So this is part of the reason for this blip of the top of a steam engine.
There were traction engines, vintage and classic cars and buses, fun fair rides, tents of amazing working models, craft and trade stalls. Exhibitors from all over the country offering something for everybody.
Another sunny day to enjoy this outdoor event.
