The bottom on this quichlet would have stood proud in the Great British Bake Off.

Reminded of my family genes after returning from the gym at half 7 to embark on making pastry and filling for these beetroot and feta quichlets as well as bread and butter pudding. Late night eating/ cooking runs in the family.
