The after party. . .

. . . 84 family and friends joined together at Blotts today to celebrate Peter (Papas) and Bills 70 & 75th birthdays.

We spent the day working out who was who and which branch of the Breokhuizen tree they'd evolved from. The top (eldest) generation is easy now. The next (Lisa and Jason's cousins) I can do, with prompts. The kids?!? Don't even go there!'

J stepped up to the mark as official photographer and speech maker along with Bills son Andrew and grandson Tom, which was all quite moving especially with the preparation time they'd had!

It was lovely to see everyone catching up. As with all families we've had losses over the years, but as long as efforts are made to hold events like this the family bonds will remain strong.
