Boil, Pour and Sip

Well, still feeling a bit under the weather. Headache and blocked sinuses. So after a top tip from Cindy <hello> I purchased a jar of Manuka honey from Morrisons this morning. A bargin at just £9.99 !!!

I'd never heard of Manuka honey but after reading a bit about it on the internet, I now know that it comes from New Zealand. The beekeepers set up their hives in uncultivated areas where the Manuka plant grows. The honey has lots of antibacterial properties so lets hope it works on me.

Also been signing "One Day" by Bjork to myself for most of the morning. Great song. Beats "Barbie Girl" by Aqua that I was singing to myself last week. How the hell did that happen?
