Nesting under the fountain

Coot seem to nest in all sorts of unsafe places. In Hampton Court there were several birds battling it out over branches and or territory in the Long Water. This bird was untroubled by others - she is right next to the fountain. But when they turn on those other nozzles she will be drenched. (Only water off a duck's back, though).
