Frustrating!

Sorry not a good photo and not very interesting subject but it reflects my day. I have been trying to load software onto my new computer without much success. I spent all morning trying to download the drivers for my printer and failed dismally several times. Now trying to install photoshop. The little circle has been going around for about 40 minutes......speak of the devil something's happening. ...it's got to the install prompt but mow it's back to the circle and "not responding" promot again. Grrrrrr!

I should have been painting today but just had a couple of things I needed to print first. Little did I realize it would take all day and I STILL wouldn't be able to print. Oh well I've emailed the support site so maybe I'll get sone advice as to whay I'm doing wrong.
